The FBT-AS300 is an advanced explosion-proof blanket utilizing a specialized double-fence structure. Manufactured primarily from high-performance polyethylene fibers known for their exceptional anti-fragmentation properties, it employs a unique sewing process to fully absorb the energy generated by explosive fragments. It is essential EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) equipment designed for the temporary isolation, storage, and disposal of suspicious explosives, widely deployed across civil aviation, railways, ports, and customs facilities.

Product Description & Physical Structure
The FBT-AS300 system consists of three distinct, carefully engineered components: one inner fence, one outer fence, and one cover blanket. Each component is constructed with specialized layers to maximize protective capabilities:

Cover Blanket (11.5 kg): Measuring 1600mm × 1600mm, the blanket’s cross-section features 1 layer of polyethylene dipped sheet, followed by a core of 40 layers of polyethylene anti-stab felt, and finished with another 1 layer of polyethylene dipped sheet. The center is equipped with a 300mm diameter explosion-venting hole.

Inner Fence (12.2 kg): Standing 300mm tall with an inner diameter of 420mm, this fence is built from inside to out using 1 layer of polyethylene dipped board, 120 layers of UD (Unidirectional) cloth, and 8 layers of high-strength woven cloth.

Outer Fence (5.0 kg): Standing 150mm tall with an inner diameter of 590mm, its cross-section comprises 1 layer of polyethylene dipped board, 55 layers of UD cloth, and 5 layers of high-strength woven cloth.

Triple-Layer Blocking Mechanism: The combination of the inner fence, outer fence, and cover blanket forms a three-layer blocking effect against explosion fragments and shock waves. This structural design maximizes the protection of personnel and property near the center of the explosion.

Certified Threat Neutralization: The advanced double fence structure is proven to effectively block the destructive effects of an 82-2 standard hand grenade explosion, which is equivalent to the explosive power of 70g of TNT high explosives. It is specifically designed to prevent personal injury caused by such suspicious explosives.
