AS-2800 Bench-top Dangerous Liquid Detector (Enhanced)
AS-2800 Bench-top Dangerous Liquid Detector is a self-developed radiation-free screening instrument based on Ultra-Wideband (UWB) pulse microwave reflection and thermal conductivity analysis, which detects flammable, explosive and corrosive liquids in plastic, glass, ceramic and metal containers, with a dedicated strong acid/base screening mode for 32 hazardous liquids.
Model: AS-2800
Brand: ANSA
Description
Product Overview
The AS-2800 Bench-top Dangerous Liquid Detector is the enhanced flagship of the Ansa liquid screening line, extending detection to metal containers while maintaining radiation-free, non-invasive screening. Using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) pulse microwave reflection combined with thermal conductivity analysis, it inspects sealed bottles through the container side wall — iron, aluminum, plastic, glass or ceramic — and flags flammable, explosive and corrosive liquids in seconds, with zero radiation to people or goods.
The AS-2800 screens plastic, glass and ceramic containers (30–200 mm diameter) in just 1 second and metal cans (≤ 80 mm diameter, liquid ≥ 100 ml) in under 5 seconds. A dedicated strong acid/base screening mode detects 32 hazardous liquids including 93# gasoline, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and petroleum ether, while standard mode reliably catches low-concentration alcohol such as 52° liquor. A 7-inch folding HD touchscreen tilts 0–90° and holds any position for comfortable viewing, making the AS-2800 the complete answer for busy stations, metros, government facilities and public venues.

Product Features
Extended Container Coverage
- Metal can detection — Screens iron and aluminum cans up to 80 mm in diameter (≥ 100 ml liquid) — a capability most liquid detectors lack.
- Multi-material screening — Handles plastic, glass, ceramic and metal containers from a single unit.
Broad Threat Coverage
- Strong acid/base mode — Dedicated screening of 32 hazardous liquids including 93# gasoline, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and petroleum ether.
- Low-alcohol detection — Reliably identifies 52° liquor and gel-like liquids in standard mode.
Fast & Safe Screening
- 1-second non-metal detection — Insulated containers screened in 1 second; conductive metal cans in under 5 seconds.
- Radiation-free — UWB microwave and thermal conductivity analysis are harmless to operators, bystanders and goods.
Operator-Friendly Design
- 7-inch folding touchscreen — Tilts 0–90° and holds any angle for comfortable operation and viewing.
- Clear alarms & smart functions — Red/green indicators with adjustable audio, plus auto counting and identity verification.
